A practical virtual workshop designed to help families identify, strengthen, and build the supports needed for successful housing outcomes for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Participants will:
- Identify current supports and recognize what's already in place
- Identify support needs to uncover gaps and set priorities
- Learn about eligibility-based supports and services, including eligibility requirements and wait times
- Create an action plan and prioritize practical next steps
