Mothers Network IN-PERSON Expressive Art Workshop held at The Arc of Snohomish County.
"Expressive Art Therapy" facilitated by Kristin Overman, MS LMHC, Healing and Restoration Counseling.
Join other Moms caring for children with disabilities as we learn how to take a break, recharge and process with simple art activites you can replicate at home.
Kristin is a trauma focused therapist and has been helping individuals who are burned out and stuck for over 13 years. Kristin brings a wealth of knowledge in finding peace in the midst of emotional storms, and getting through what you think you cannot get over
